Melissa and her team are amazing at what they do. Melissa has helped me with 4 listings now and I will keep coming back. Very responsive and organized and made my deals flow very smoothly. Melissa gave incredibly valuable advice only last listing that got me multiple offers above asking. Even more, I live in South America and this was a challenging listing because there were some problems with the house that arose that needed attention. Amanda Arante is AWESOME!!!! We used the Machat Group to purchase a home last year, and after we decided to move back to our previous location they were right here to help us through selling.
