George did absolutely amazing. I went into a very nice and very expensive house purchase agreement right as the feds where doing there thing and everything seemed to drop out underneath me. Without a shadow of doubt I would not have been able to close without George as our realtor. No other realtor would have been able to navigate and gone through what we had to go through to make this happen. God send through and through. If your looking for a realtor here is a couple things that I would suggest him for: 1. Larger more expensive properties. I appreciated his professionalism and comfort towards larger purchases. 2. If you need someone patient and long term and on your side. We called George after we had the house so it was supposed to be hey we need someone to walk into the house with us so we can see it but all the leg work is already done to a process that didn't end till 3 months later. All along he was amazing. 3. If you need someone who is practical: I have had to move a lot the last 7 years and worked with 3 other realtors from out of the area. George by far was the most practical and down to earth experience of the group. I was working with a partner in the sale not a company i felt. 4. If you are a transplant and not from Vegas I cannot recommend George enough when your moving here.
