Ive been searching for a house in California but couldnt find anything within my budget so I decided to look in Henderson.. Tried 2 realtors in the area but both had their own priorities, so I dropped them both and looked for a new one!! I was lucky to find Emily, she was responsive and available to all of my inquiries and concerns. We were able to find a property that I like and immediately submitted an offer and got accepted!! Emily was with me the entire process, giving me advises on what to expect! She was around when I needed answers. We were able to close in 30 days with No issues on both sides!! We were actually given the go signal to close in 2-3 weeks but had to wait for some document on my side!! it was the quickest transaction ever.. Emily was the best realtor Ive dealt with, she is definitely the person you would want to be partnered with if you are looking for a property in Las Vegas area!! Bravo Zulu Emily!!
