I requested, on Zillow, a tour of a home for sale in Las Vegas, NV. Sahand responded. Lucky me! Sahand was great. Best realtor I ever worked with (there have been many - I am 78 years old). I flew into Las Vegas for five days, toured my original list of homes, then more homes in Henderson and Stone Mountain. Sahand could not have been more responsive, thorough and effective. With his help we narrowed our Zillow search criteria and found the ideal home. Made an offer and closed in 20 days including arranging financing with a broker Sahand recommended. He also recommended a very thorough home inspector. The inspection identified needed repairs. Sahand negotiated and the seller paid for all. Wonderful experience! My wife and I are very happy.
