If you are looking for a realtor that is going to stand up for you and make sure that you are getting the best deal then look no further than Collier. Our family relocated to Las Vegas during the pandemic and we were unsure of what our next step would look like. A friend of ours put us in touch with Collier so we could look at the real estate market and then make a choice. Collier was quick to answer any and all of our questions and set up showings. He prepared a full afternoon and met us at the first home with all of the information on the home and area. He even had all of the information on the new construction homes that we were looking at and knew which ones would be completed in our time frame. He made the process of the home search very easy and was on location with us asking the builders all the questions that we didnt even think to ask. Collier was very patient with us as we ended up taking 8 months to decide to purchase a home. We finally found a home under construction but the builder had limited design choices. Collier was able to get the builder to agree to some of the changes that we wanted. We have no doubt that Collier was a great asset to have through the building and closing process. He made sure that our needs were being met by the builder, lender and title company. I have purchased a few homes before but have never felt like I have had the best representation. Collier is just that, he is the best and we recommend him to anyone.

Collier is amazing in what ever he does to help out people to find their dream home. Hes a must see whether you need a new construction or preowned also hes has lots of contacts with builders, lenders etc.
