When my mother passed away, we rented her house for few years. When the renters moved out, we decided to sell her house. Since we live out of state, we were worried about finding a reputable realtor. A neighbor introduced us to Steven Williamson. He was terrific from the first meeting. It felt like we knew him all our life. My mothers house needed a lot of attention. It was 32 years old. Plus it was a little outdated. Steven connected us with a contractor to do the repair work. He removed all the old carpeting, baseboards, and lots of wallpaper. New paint and vinyl flooring planks made the house look great. It was on the market for a few months. I was getting a little worried. Steven assured me that the house would sell. Its sold in January. The closing of the house went very smoothly. I did not have to come to LasVegas to sign any paperwork. We signed all the papers in my hometown with a legal notary. The money from the cell of the house, was deposited in the family trust account in Las Vegas. I would highly recommend Steve as your Realtor in your future needs.

Steve is awesome! This was my first home purchase and he answered every question I had (and there was a lot), while explaining what would be the best option. I used my VA loan and he was able to guide me through what needed to be done. He helped us with our builders and caught them trying to change stuff and even showed up to their office to find out what really was going on. He cares more about you finding your perfect home than just making some sale. I used to be in sales myself so I get skeptical of sales sometimes and he proved that there's still some good people in the sales world. I will only use him to any sort of home buying from now on!!

Steve is a wonderful realtor--I can't imagine a better one! Steve is super responsive and fast-acting, which is very important in this quickly moving market. I always felt like a priority to him, and he made time to meet me on short notice and patiently responded to all my little questions. I also trusted his advice and recommendations, because he really listened to what I wanted and needed. In the end, he got me the house of my dreams-- just 3 weeks after finding it for me!!! I'm so grateful to Steve and highly recommend him!
