It is my pleasure to give Truman Fleming and VIPHomes the best possible ratings and review! He was fantastic! I engaged Truman / VIPHomes to help me sell three properties in Las Vegas that were part of an estate for which I was the executor. I do not live in Nevada so it was very overwhelming, but Truman made it amazingly easy! He went above and beyond in helping with repairs and getting records from the property manager. He knows the market inside and out and was a strong negotiator. I always trusted his advice on deal points. He dealt with some buyers who were getting complex financing and others who were just needy. He was always accessible and great at gently following up when I missed something. With me being out of state, he had to do more than usual with title companies and HOAs, and he did it all without hesitation. And most importantly, he got the job done! All three properties sold at price points I was satisfied with. I cannot say enough great things about working with Truman and his team.

Damon is an absolute ROCKSTAR! He was key in finding the best new home for my mom. We had no clue about the Las Vegas communities but he pointed us exactly in the right direction. I found Damon to be such a great communicator throughout the entire process of the home search and he really knew how to make us feel taken care of every step of the way. He also brilliantly connected us with an incredible Cali based realtor, Tracy Tofte (Tofte-Bernardo Real Estate Team) to help sell my moms old home. They made a great team and we cant thank them enough for making the overall experience a smooth and enjoyable one.
