I have to say that I wish everyone could experience the Jason experience! The scary/worst part of being a future homeowner is trusting the realtor with your future purchase. Jason is very knowledgeable in all aspects of being a realtor. While looking at homes we encountered other future homebuyers and their realtors. You could sense the cold process of a sale. With Jason he is a very good listener with YOUR wants rather than a sale. We found our home in less than 2 weeks and closed 2 months later with our closing cost being covered. What you get with Jason that you dont get with other realtors is a real, honest, down to earth and humble seasoned realtor who understands his process: happy customer, happy sale and a wonderful experience for everyone involved!!! I would not hesitate to have Jason sell my home or purchase a new home. I am so glad that I reached out to him years ago and when I was readyso was he!
