I would recommend Tim to any one looking to sell or purchase a home. He made our home sale seamless. Not once did we feel nervous about the sale. Tim was informative from day one. He made sure that we fully understood the process. He was available and made us feel like our voice mattered. We never felt pressured like we had felt with other realtors. He also was able to negotiate the price to be above our expectations. Both the seller and buyers were happy! We will use Tim time and time again. He is truly an expert and cares about his clients.
