This agent was referred to me by my friend. When I contacted this agent she was really eager to help me. When I signed the contract for her to represent me with my purchase she stopped responding. I was sending her homes I was interested in and she stopped responding. Im moved from Florida to Vegas looking for an expert and sadly she is not it. If you are looking to buy or sale in Vegas do so with another agent

This realtor is extremely unprofessional & incompetent. She rarely ever responded to me by phone or email before & after the contract period. She caused our company to lose several thousands of dollars , and I would not recommend her to anyone .

Jill Amsel, a realtor who works for Realty One, has displayed manipulative and unethical behavior, casting a negative light on the brokerage. She assured our realtor, who is also from the same brokerage, that the buyer she represented was prepared to close on our home. Based on this information, she persuaded our realtor to proceed with a pre-possession agreement. However, it has now been three weeks since then, and the closing has yet to take place. Meanwhile, Jill's clients are residing in our home while we are staying in an Airbnb, causing immense frustration for my family and me. Jill fails to return our realtor's calls or emails and has not sent any addendums to extend the closing date. This conduct is unethical, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Had we known about her dishonesty and lack of communication, we would never have agreed to this arrangement. I intend to report this situation to the appropriate regulatory board.

I contacted this agent to help sell my home and after she put me under contract for her to represent me she stopped answering my calls. My property never got listed and it was hard to get the contract cancelled. Needless to say, I cancelled my contract and sold with another agent. If you are looking to sell in Vegas, choose another agent to better replace you.
