Li'Shey was referred to us by a friend. As much as that could get tricky if things do not work out as expected, our experience was far from that. Li'Shey was unbelievably professional and positive from the first day until we finally closed on our new house. Selling our home, right before the market shift, Li'Shey knew she needed to be proactive and went above and beyond to get the job done and smooth out every wrinkle that inherently comes with buying and selling a home. The quad open houses were first class! She had a dedicated team of professionals on hand so that anyone that came through the door was given the same level of first-class attention. As a couple, we have completed 20 real estate transactions over the past 26 years, and only once have we been pleased with all aspects of our agent. He continued to help us buy and sell in the Seattle area multiple times and we thought one of the best in the business. Moving to Las Vegas we had a few transactions here that left us thinking the quality of real estate agents was subpar and we would never be able to find a true professional. Li'Shey is now the second real estate agent that we are impressed by and we will continue to use her should we find ourselves buying/selling in the future.
