I can not say enough about Olivia and how kind and helpful she is !! I'd been waiting for the "right time" to purchase an investment property . So I would contact Olivia and ask her questions here and there and just out of the blue . She is always responsive and very helpful . She will look up comps and all the other information I need to answer my questions. She knew I wasn't quite ready but instead of seeing me as a dollar sign, she was always happy to help and explain things to me even though she knew I wasn't quite ready! I never felt like I was wasting her time or being pressured. Olivia keeps herself informed on the latest market changes and knows how to thoroughly explain things to where I can understand what she is saying. Olivia was very helpful throughout the home searching and purchasing process. She was on it. She would be in constant communication with us and helped navigate the ins and outs for a first time home buyer. She checked in on us, kept us up to date on timelines/paperwork, and went the extra mile to ease the nerves as a first time homebuyer in an uncertain 2022-early 2023 housing market. Olivia worked incredibly hard for us selling our old home and did everything in her power to get the word out there about the listing.
