Joel is the man! He has been patient with myself and my mother throughout this entire process. He never gave up on us and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were taken care of. There were a couple of hiccups throughout the process but everything ended up working out in the end. We are beyond grateful for all of his hard work and his dedication of getting us into a home we felt comfortable with. Smoothest selling Experience youll have! Joel helped me sell my first home. I thought it would be more difficult given the market, but he made it feel seamless. He kept it simple when it came to explanation of requirements. He was transparent every step of the way and very realistic in his approach. He didnt oversell me on how much I would make on my home, but he also knew the emotion behind us selling our first home. He was gentle and considerate at the fact that we were moving cross country with pets so he kept us updated throughout the whole process. I am extremely satisfied with his efforts and would absolutely recommend him as your agent. He is a family man that works with integrity and will take care of you as if you were family.
