Mike DELIVERS! I thought looking online for a place to live was the way to go ... but I was pointed over to Mike and in a matter of 48 hours I was living in a condo I rented with his help. I'd give him more than 5 stars if possible!

Let me first start by saying Mikes dedication to real estate is top notch. We were looking for a vacation condo in LV closer to the Strip but still far enough away from all of the chaos. Mike found our families perfect vacation condo and we could not be anymore pleased. Mike worked day in and day out showing us and going out of his way to view any property we wanted. Mikes patients with all of us was absolutely hands down the best and his knowledge of real estate and surrounding communities was just incredible.

Mike Insalaco is truly an exceptional realtor. He is dedicated to finding his clients the perfect home, and that's exactly what he did for me. I had planned on moving to Las Vegas for over a year but was hesitant to begin the process of moving out of state because I didn't know where to start or where to look, as I wasn't too familiar with the area. I couldn't be more impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data he had about the market. When I reached out to Mike, we talked extensively about exactly what I was looking for, and he immediately started sending me listings. The amount of effort and time he put into setting up two full days of home tours in such a short amount of time was extraordinary. He constantly kept in touch with me to keep me updated on our itinerary prior to my arrival, and as soon as I landed, we hit the ground running. I knew I was in good hands with him. And even though at times I felt the need to apologize for being so picky, there were a few homes I immediately said "No" to as soon as we walked in, Mike was always kind, gracious, and most importantly patient with me. That patience certainly paid off because I found my home on the last day! Mike's promptness, knowledge of the market, kindness and good energy made a highly stressful move across multiple states feel effortless. I felt like the majority of my stress actually came from packing all of my stuff more than anything else, and for that I will forever be grateful to him. He has definitely become my go-to real estate agent, as I've recommended him to any friends or family who are looking to purchase or rent in the Las Vegas area, and I HIGHLY recommend you do the same and contact Mike Insalaco immediately!

If you are ever in need of a realtor/agent, you can trust Mike Insalaco. He will exceed your expectations and always update you on information needed to know. He goes as far as contacting other agents or owners to help find the right home for you. In my experience, he will do his best to get an understanding of what you are looking for and give you a list of homes to choose from. The houses he helped me get a view of were beautiful thanks to him. If you have any questions about a home or dislike anything, he is quick to assist you. He does not play around when trying to find a home best suitable for you. Such a friendly and great guy. Thanks for everything.
