Claire was patient working with me, showed me listings for a few months and when I decided to finally sell my house in Minnesota and move to Las Vegas she got the job done. She spent countless hours working with exceptional interest and care in finding me a home in the best location that suited my many recreational interests , fit my budget and suited my needs for the possibility of my elder father moving in with me ! Claire and her team worked tirelessly through a very difficult loan process and never gave up ! Its a remarkable testament of her determination to get the job done and done right through the difficulties we faced ! Claire Hopkins and the whole team at Urban Nest Realty were so far above and beyond for professional and personal relocation services that 5 stars is not nearly enough. They helped me in every aspect of buying a house and relocating from out of state; from really listening to my needs and wants, helping me find a house that was right for me and in my price range, guiding me through a very competitive offer process, and on to a short closing. Claire, in particular was extremely responsive when issues came up, I could always get a hold of her, and she always had a solution. She was an expert and direct communicator, so there was never any misunderstandings or unrealistic expectations. Besides all her professional qualities, she was always upbeat, positive and encouraging. The team who handled all the paperwork and financial details were the best I've ever dealt with. They were very expeditious, walked and talked me through every piece of paperwork, treated me with respect, and were readily available. I honestly can't recommend this company and this realtor enough.
