I recently had the pleasure of working with Jessica when looking for my home in Las Vegas. From day 1, Jessica was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing, Jessica was there to quickly handle any issues that may have risen. Jessica was beyond doubt the best realtor we've ever worked with. She helped us buy two properties between June 9 and July 31, one for us and one for my mother who was out of town the entire time. It was a hectic situation and involved several trips into Vegas. The process involved getting to know our likes and dislikes, showing us many properties, going out and finding properties that weren't yet listed and then looking and videoing properties while we were out of town selling our own home. She even knocked on doors in a neighborhood looking for a house when it looked like the house we wanted there had been sold to someone else! Jessica's work ethic and responsiveness are superb. She not only was there for every question and concern, but she also addressed issues on her own before we could even ask. She was incredibly patient with my mother's situation and helped us through the paperwork and e-signing despite it being at times a very trying experience. She was available at all hours and was always happy to help, answer questions, investigate issues and negotiate when, frankly, we were too tired to negotiate ourselves. She saved us money in this process. She negotiated hard for every benefit for us and to ensure we got the best deal possible. She is truly one-of-a-kind. We'd use her again in a heartbeat.
