An eye for detail and marketing, and integrity abounds. I had little knowledge regarding "real estate" business and especially the extensive training/regulations/researching/networking/staffing required for even the minutest of transactions prior to Jordan facilitating both buying and selling a home simultaneously for me. She recommended a knowlegeable and amicable agent within her company for buying a house in a different state, one who truly understood what I wanted and did not want, and Jordan remained involved/alleviated any stress that I may have encountered by answering questions, informing me of what to expect/look for, expected time frames, troubleshooting the technological difficulties, alleviating sticker shock concerning fees and essentially buying a house in a seller's market, which was nothing like buying my first house 30 years ago... As I was looking and going through the process of buying a house in a different state and travelling back and forth, Jordan advised on preparing my house for sale without spending $10,000 and without tacking on "fixer upper" to sell. She also suggested listing a little low to build interest and bidding, and listing with pictures taken by a professional photographer. Her recommendations resulted in 16 offers within a week from which to choose a buyer (there were 4 top/easy choices) and bids that exceeded list price (by $33.000), bids that reflected that interested buyers saw the value and potential personalization in the house that I loved and cared for for 30 years...as did Jordan. She also values personal integrity, as do I.
