Manal is hands down the best agent I have interacted with across this country and she primarily practices in Las Vegas. She was not our agent but our buyers agent. To take the time to leave a review in regards to your buyers agent speaks volume. She is the most professional, knowledgeable, kind agent and person I have been blessed with to interact with. Her communication skills are unparalleled. She is actively engaged throughout the the entire process and keeps all parties informed of each step and each deadline. We had over 20 showings and all the agents were clueless and disinterested in the house in the sense they took zero time to study the basics (how many bedrooms, baths, upgrades). Manal performs her research ahead of time and exemplifies what the profession of real estate stands for. Honestly if it wasn't for Mrs.Cannon, my family and I would still be looking for a home or living in a rental property. About a year ago we were going everywhere in Vegas looking for any Realtor that could help us find a new forever home. We were lucky enough to be recommended to Mrs.Cannon after having no luck with any other realtor. After one meeting with her, we knew she would do everything possible to help us find a home. Unfortunately due to COVID and the Pandemic happening, we had to stop the process. Even though this happened, she left the door open for us to start again if we wanted. Eventually, we contacted her again and gave her the difficult task of finding us a home in 3 months before the year ended.
