Craig was recommended to us by a friend, and we're so happy to have him as our realtor. We would 100% recommend him for anyone who is looking for a home in Las Vegas! As first-time homebuyers, he was very helpful in helping us understand each step of the home buying process and he was very patient. We had plans to move from Hawaii to Las Vegas in early 2022, but wasn't planning to make the move until late 2023. We met with Craig initially in February 2022 and he took the time to share what was available in the market to give us an idea. He did a great job with sharing listings until we were ready to officially begin the process. In between that time, he checked in with us occasionally which we truly appreciate. We officially started our home buying process this past summer and had to move fast as we were on a tight deadline due to a new job in Vegas. Craig was determined to help us find a home and get in as soon as possible, so we could be situated once we moved up. He helped us get everything settled with our mortgage lender, did video walkthroughs of a couple homes we were interested in, and place offers. When our offer finally got accepted, we were still in Hawaii so Craig assisted with the walkthrough and home inspection. We wouldn't be in the home we are today without him! We truly appreciate all that he's done for us :)

Cant praise Craig enough for his help in finding my wife and I our first home. He helped us better understand the buying process, had patience while we looked at tons of homes, and even helped us refocus after we didnt land our first couple offers. My wife and I would recommend Craig to anyone.
