Michael listened to all the requirements and wants and needs we had and truly found us the best house. He met with us at the last minute when a new listing came up, he has connections with realtors all around LV and was able to call them personally and get us more information, and he took our budget and our lifestyle into considerations when looking for our first house. Michael went above and beyond what we were expecting. We had a realative pass away in Las Vegas and we lived out of state. Michael took care of scheduling all the contractors to perform needed repairs in a timely professional manner. Michael is an expert negotiator. We were very impressed and immensely pleased with him and the outcome of our home-buying journey.
