Professional Parking Enforcement

Im going to request my HOA use a different parking enforcement company- they obviously dont have brains

I forgot to renew my parking pass by 2wks and got a threatening letter as if I had broken the law. I could see if I disregarded a warning but I simply forgot and was threatened with getting my car towed no reminder of updates are given so its easy to forget. The letter is nasty and condescending

They clearly dont know the HOA rules they are paid to enforce. They tag boats & RVs claiming they are not allowed to park on the street despite the HOA rules clearly stating they are allowed for 48 hours. I have repeatedly called over a month, left voicemails, and text since theyre using a Google voice number as their business number and they have never answered, called back, or responded.

They marked my car for not having a parking pass. It is clearly in my front window. They obviously didnt bother to look. That was last night. A few years back I was helping my handicapped father out of the car. Yes, it was on the street because my dad needs level ground to get in and out. The parking guy saw us struggling to help my dad yet still took the time to stop and yell quite rudely at us while we were trying to help my dad. This company isnt professional despite the name.
