Michael helped us with our new build home! He protected our money and our agreements with the builder and lender. I was super comfortable knowing we were getting the best deal that was available in our market. Time is money and Michael was very proactive and ended up saving us $30k and locked in a good rate through incentives that he was able to find. Love the home and enjoyed the process!

Michael was incredibly awesome. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. Everything was done in such a timely manner. This was not my first time buying a house but Ive never worried less about the process. He negotiated a great deal for use and when it came time for repairs request he was right there guiding us. He saved us a lot of money. I have two other properties and when it comes to finding a sales agent I will be going with Michael.

I have worked with many real estate agents over the years and I can confidently say that Michael Joseph has been simply the best I have ever worked with. I generally do not review anything, but am only doing so because the simple fact is that I would not be in my new house today with my kids if not for Mikes extraordinary efforts and it is incumbent on me to put some of that effort back. Here is what happened. After three months of looking, we checked out a house that seemed nice, but didnt have the large backyard I required. But the house next door to it did. Mike tracked down the owner, which took a week of dedicated looking I looked also and couldnt succeed and when contact was made, he began negotiations on my behalf for this house that wasnt even on the market! The owner proved to be very difficult and had a tricky situation with her own agent such that one or two times I thought the deal was dead. The prospects for this deal waffled back and forth between possible and maybe not possible. Lets also say that it didnt look promising in the beginning either. Mike persevered and navigated through the obstacles, never overpromising to me that he could get this done though I knew he was personally confident he would. But it really was a difficult situation. To make matters worse, I had a huge problem with the mortgage broker I was working with, another set of bad circumstances that almost killed this deal, not good news when we had complications and sellers that kept changing their minds. Long story short, Mike overcame all this and the house closed last week. I dont believe any other agent could have accomplished this. He went above and beyond the call of duty making this happen by finding me a house that wasnt even on the market, navigating a very difficult transaction with the seller and the sellers agent, navigating and negotiating the difficulties with a mortgage company that completely screwed up and almost cost me this house, overseeing my home inspection, and a few other things that werent in his job description and that he didnt need to do. To top it off, he leaves me a thoughtful housewarming gift upon closing. Excuse me, to top it off, he negotiated the price for me way under market, a fantastic bonus in this tight market. He did a lot of research to justify our offer and presented it in a way that made sense to all parties. Tremendous work, tremendous effort. Mike did everything by the book, even when the paperwork was obvious, but still he insisted that everything go the proper way it should have it. I could have been annoyed except that I appreciated his attention to procedures and detail rather than saying, dont worry about it. If something was required in the process, he made sure it happened. He was determined to make sure I got this house and left nothing to chance. I hate to gush over his effort and achievement in this manner but I am that thankful. He made my house happen for me, and he made it happen for my kids, and for all that I am tremendously grateful. I would not be in this really great house if Michael Joseph did not make it happen. That is a statement of fact. No other agent could have pulled this off. No other agent would have spent so many hours dealing with all the things that were not in his domain.. I can say with full confidence that Mike will go that extra step or two or three or four or five on your behalf. That was my experience. If anyone contemplating working with Michael Joseph needs a recommendation, I welcome that call. I owe it to Mike.
