Monica took the time (day or evening) to help us find a place in a short notice window. Not only that she also helped when we had questions regarding certain rights as tenants. If she didnt have the answer she also checked within her network of sources for the answers. She always followed up with us while being very busy herself. She always kept a positive-this is what I do- attitude about it as well. She offered many options to fit our needs and the end result was A positive experience especially after coming from one other very unprofessional experience. We will always use her if the need arises. She has experience, motivation, commitment, and great customer service. These should be common in most professions yet are very lacking unfortunately, but are abundant in Monica. We would recommend her, in fact we have.
