She also knows so many great licensed workers who can come get small or big jobs done! She was truly the highlight of my process !! Professional, knowledgeable agent with local knowledge who will cater to your specifications. She has helped purchase 2 houses now and I wouldn't go anywhere or with anyone else. Oh, did I mention she is also an invaluable resource and property manager too. Great person outside of professional work as well.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Ruth Petrella as my property manager in Las Vegas. I encountered many challenges during my time as her tenant. Whether it was attempting to violate our lease agreement regarding pool maintenance (unsanitary health hazard), landscaping, or the passive-aggressive behavior on several occasions, I found her to be incredibly difficult to deal with and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend, as I was forced to consult with an attorney to enforce our contract.
