        This poor rating is mostly due to Comenity Bank, the provider for Caesars Rewards credit card. They are the most ridiculous bank that I have ever dealt with for anything. Synchrony was the top of my list but Comenity quickly jumped up after less than one week of being a Caesars credit card holder. I can tell you all the reasons but don't have time right now.

        Corporate greed at it's finest! First they charge for parking, then they charge a "resort fee" (full price even when pools are closed), then they take away the diamond lounges permanently and blame it on Covid, then cheap out on the comps. Why? Because people don't complain enough or take their business elsewhere! It's like a kid who keeps getting bullied...the bully will keep it up until something is said or done. I wish the mob would take control of the casinos again.
