        Tried this at the farmer's market and was BLOWN AWAY by this place. Must eat here! Lamb is often a scary, gamey meat but the lamb burger here was beyond expectations for flavor! Delicious and not too gamey at all. Marsala fries are a staple with any of the menu items, and don't forget a side of the garlic aioli! Amazing balance of flavor combinations. Fresh ingredients, everything cooked to perfection. We have traveled the world and comparable flavors and ingredients are mainly found abroad only. Feels light to eat you'll want to grab more. Such a kind gentleman that cares about the quality of the food he makes and it shows!

        Dude, food was killer. Delicious sauces and a very creative menu for a food truck. Definitely will hit them up again! Truffle butter garlic aioli was so good. Highly recommend it.
