Lance is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me get my dream house. Weeks after the closing he was checking on me and my son and the repairs making sure we are settling well. Hes dedicated hard working ( I stopped counting the calls after hours ! ) and he has a great network of professionals around him who love and support him. We recently moved from WA State to NV. We were looking for a Real Estate Agent through a private group on Facebook for our Agents in WA to help us select a very professional Agent to work with. Lance pro-activiely reached out to our Agents in WA. We had several zoom meetings prior to our house hunting trip. We are very picky in what we like and knew exactly what we were looking for. Lance spend a significant amount of time away from his family to accommodate us on his day off, as we had a very short time line to find our new home in Las Vegas. We really enjoyed our working experience with Lance. He helped us purchase multiple homes for ourselves and also helped our referrals from California purchase their own homes as well.
