Houston TX Hot Chicken

This place is incredible! Shoutout to Adrian for taking such great care of us and making sure the quality of food and experience was so good. Definitely coming back again!

Normally pretty good. But tonight the Open sign is on, posted hours state 10pm closing - it is 9:17pm and the doors are locked - waited and watched 2 other people show up and try to open the door. Multiple employees inside. All chairs upside-down. Lights off. 5mins after posting this the staff came outside fighting, threats of stabbing - no physical altercation, just a one sided yelling match. The aggressive employee approached me because I was filming from my car 50ft away. I told him to get away from my vehicle multiple times and pushed him - local security arrived on the scene. Not mad, it was kinda funny. Hope y'all fired that dude.

Pretty disappointing food given you're spending close to $20, without even getting a drink. The 'cheesy hot chicken' was sadly a bland mess - the chicken was dry, a tiny amount of ice cold slaw and the cheese was tasteless, although the bun was good. The handful of fries were OK, but with such a high price tag for fast food I'd expect a way larger serving. Although the service was pretty quick and friendly I wouldn't return - I've been here twice now and I was hoping the first time was a fluke - it wasn't.

Adrian was helpful from the moment we walked in. Greeted us and explained the menu. I gotta say this is the best chicken sandwich I have ever tasted! The restaurant was clean and the food came out super quick! Great job!
