Awesome guy to work with. Got my first home within a month, and even simplified the whole process including recommendations for repairs. Barely got time to show up because of work? He'll make time to see you in person. Out of town but still going for the state of NV? No problem! If you have almost zero clue on how the housing market and process works, you can straight up ask him and have that answered in some form or another. If you're the type of person who doesn't like super formal stuff, he's just as great for that.

Absolute pleasure to work with. We are new to Las Vegas and was lucky to have met Shane. Shane helped us purchase our first Air BNB property. He is very knowledgeable in the Air BNB space, provided us ton of guidance and has a lot of patience. Very professional throughout the process and communicates well. Ive bought and sold a house before years back. I bought a house again in 2016 and sold it this years with Shane. I was referred to him by my boyfriend. I must say he was very professional, attentive, super knowledgeable and VERY helpful from beginning to end. There wasnt one thing that he didnt get fixed any little issue that could have been big IF I was taking care of it HE took care of. He no joke made this house sell the easiest EVER! He always found a solution to any problem. Every time he would message me or call me was with a very happy attitude. (Super positive kind of guy) if your seriously looking to sell your home or buy a home I highly recommend SHANE trust me he will surprise you with all he can do. He is what you (going above and beyond YOUR expectations!) he is now the realtor of my previous renters and he will be my realtor for my home in Arizona. (YES! Hes getting his license for Arizona too!) so if you live there be exited for this man to be able to help you. I seriously can say that I trust this man with my eyes closed. PS my house sold in 3 days. AND he helped me with the renovations (which I paid back of course) very down to earth kind of person. Most kindhearted man thank you shane for making this process the easiest ever!

Amazing realtor, he was consistent and very honest. I recommend everyone to buy a house from him. He will do whatever it takes to help you in anyway. We are very pleased to meet him. We appreciate him in many ways. Thank you Shane for everything you have done for our family.
