Marlyn is the most professional relator you could ever work with. She went above and beyond to help us find and purchase our new home. She was with us every step of the way, She definitely had our interest as her main concern and worked hard to be sure things went well. She was always on time and promptly responded to every concern and request. I think maybe 5 stars isn't a high enough rating.

Customer service at it's finest. This is the second time we worked with Marlyn and simply Vegas. She scheduled six different days for touring homes with us so we could find our perfect new home. We moved from out of state so scheduling was very important to us. She was always punctual, professional and patient. Marlyn is trustworthy, knowledgable, professional and a very skilled negotiator. She responds quickly to questions and goes above and beyond to accommodate you. She helped my husband and I find our first home here in Vegas and showed us so many houses until we were satisfied. Im sure it was arduous but she remained patient and understanding. She does her homework and lets you know everything about the area including the best schools which was very important to us being a family with 3 young children. She made our first-time home buying experience so effortless and gave us the best value for our money.
