Randy is the hands down best probate Realtor in Las Vegas Nevada. If you need to sell a home in probate, there is no reason to hire a Realtor with no experience. Not the realtor for me! Very presumptious and rude. He contacted me regarding my late husband's estate..for someone who claims to specialize in helping family's with the probate process, he lacked common courtesy and empathy.

Randy Milmeister was referred to my son Mark and me by our lawyer Jeff Pike in Las Vegas. We're from Alaska. When I called to check him out, I was amazed. He answered by saying as if he'd known me all my life (after I introduced myself) "I was hoping you'd call"! Immediately after I heard his voice, I knew that I could trust him. His voice conveyed sincerity, calmness and trustworthiness. Randy said he would sell it immediately. It was sold in fourty eight hours. Through out the ordeal of waiting for probate court hearings and massive squatters entering the house and waiting for police to get them out, Randy could be counted on to be there for us.
