Such an overall letdown. The person working the counter looked like they were in a forced labor camp, unhappy and slow. It was not busy when we arrived, but we were not ready to spend 45 minutes there waiting on an order for for people. Items came out one at a time, and the final item came out right as the rest of us were done. We didn't like how other later orders were completed before ours. The cotton candy burrito will ruin you. It's beyond unhealthy, even served up in a Styrofoam container. Eating it with a plastic spoon is next to impossible, so I found eating it like a burrito worked but was so sweet, it made me sick. The ice cream flavors were so limited that I ended up ordering strawberry because it was the only decent flavor left that didn't have freezer burn. The parking was about the only positive thing of the experience. We spent way too much for such horrific service, not even an apology. In the end, a great place of you want to flex an Instagram photo and you have an hour to slowly get your order. But if you are on a budget, an environmentalist, on a health kick, or just want to have a shared experience this place is not for you.

Came in on my daughter's birthday. Put $10 into the claw machine to get a plushie, had some luck and actually grabbed one. When it dropped into the prize door, the keychain got stuck in the glass door. The absolutely dope employee Yelba helped us out and gave my daughter a plushie to make up for it. Absolutely coming back here.

So unique and so good! I live in southern California and have been waiting months for my visit to Vegas to stop by here. It was worth the wait! It will be a regular stop from now on when I'm in town! Highly recommend! :)
