I like the food but its never open it say it closes at 4:00 came 2 days in a row at 3:30 doors where locked bad business

They have never sold me food in such bad condition as the one I just bought in this place, I don't know how they can sell food like this, the rice just by touching it turns into dough who knows how many days they will have it there reheating it looks damp and bad smell, the workers don't know if the food is already in bad condition because they sell it, and the beak still looked like it was already used by someone else and maybe they kept it and the beans spoiled, disgusting, I will never buy something again here just by looking at that dish even my hunger went away... I don't recommend it, a terrible place

Said they closed at 11 oclock came at 10:08 and they were closed This is the second time Ive been to this business, and they dont follow their own business hours, so I will not be returning
