Amazing! Jennifer is an absolute expert in her field and she is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to complex transactions and having to sell homes working with government employees and their specific needs regarding relocation home services. Anyone working in government knows that finding a realtor with experience with this process is worth their weight in gold! Jennifer Graff's experience and understanding of the real estate market was invaluable. Being out of town buyers, Jennifer always went the extra mile for us. She kept us updated on homes she saw that she thought would be of interest to us, video chatted from homes we were interested in but couldn't see in person, guided us through the purchase process, found a great home inspection company for us to use, and dealt with the builder when they mis-matched our countertops and shower stone surround in both bathrooms.
