I had many offers on my Condo but it took a while to sell my Condo due to a tenant occupancy problem. James displayed patience and worked around the issues. I had to evict the tenant and right after that the Condo sold immediately and I got exactly what I asked for. So glad I had James as an agent. He didn't quit on me and really hung in there with selling my Condo. He is very determined. Always kept me informed and always immediately answered my calls and addressed any questions or concerns I had. James is very professional and even set me up with a very reasonable handyman who fixed some things and maintained my Condo. James is compassionate and very knowledgeable in his field and will do his best to find you the right buyer. One good quality he is upfront and honest and he does not just try to undersell you. He is a good listener and offers good advice. I would recommend James as he is really good at his job.
