I ordered two sandwiches for delivery. They use DoorDash for their deliveries. When I got my food there was 1 sandwich. When I called the store they said the gentleman remembered the driver and he grabbed the bag and left the other one. They apologized for it happening and basically said they were slammed and driver was mad. This was not the issue. A manager had to give me a refund and would call me back. The gentleman i talked to was amazing but the manager never calls back. 2 or 3 days go by and I remember oh ya I still need a refund. I call again and same gentleman answers and remembers the situation and tells me manager ran to bank and would call me back. They never do. The employees were amazing but I dont want to order from this particular store again. Its not hard for a 20 sec phone call to say sorry do you want. A refund or free sandwhich. Edit: they asked me to reach out and I did three days ago and I asked to talk to a manager again. I was told they would call me back. Whoever is managing the store is seeming to me like they do not care to talk to customers.

Wheelchair accessibility: Little bit of a tight squeeze to the entrance. Up a ramr and not a lot of space. FYI.
