Excellent service at this location, really good sandwich, but no a good costumer service unfortunately, the girl took my order never says welcome or how can I help you was straight (what do you want ) horrible service but Excellent bussines that's why I don't rate by people who work at the places

Store ran very poorly.. the system and employees mess up on the order and need a general managers approval to fix the issue. General manager doesnt get back to me for a day and a half because hes too busy for a at most 5 min phone call. When all said and done all he could offer was 50% off.. all I simply wanted was to replace my incorrect sandwiches.. place is a joke thats run by a bunch of circus monkeys. Never eating here again.

Usually Firehouse subs always kill, but this location is gross. My sandwich had some type of dressing on top of the bread and I always order my sandwiches with no sauce. The lettuce was brown and the sandwich wasnt good. Took one bite and was done. It will be a while before I can eat at a different location. But this one, never again.
