        Dr. Sanchez is great. He listens to my concerns and advises me appropriately. However, his scheduler is not. They are really bad about calling back and frequently just never do. I can spend months trying to get an appointment because they don't return calls.

        Dr. Sanchez is very kind. I wish he hadn't given us false hope. I also wish he had not sent us to another specialist in California. Since there was no hope for my husband it was a wasted trip. The trip was very hard physically on my husband and a total waste of time, energy ,and money.

        Dr. Sanchez is wonderful! He has a very calm and reassuring bedside manner, and is clearly very knowledgeable. He takes time to make sure that your questions are answered, and that you understand the process. I took a star off because of his nurse at CCC; she is awful to deal with, never has an answer to any question, and actually told ME to go make some phone calls when she couldn't get through herself. This was while I was in the middle of chemo and radiation for neck cancer and couldn't speak!
