Cara our server was professional, extremely hospitable and treated these Canadian travelers exceptionally well. Hubby had a chicken burrito and a beer, I had the cheese quesadilla with beans and rice and a margarita. Followed by a churro dessert. Food was mediocre margarita was great as was dessert. However it was expensive $85.00 USD for the meal. With currency conversion was $150

We had a great time at Diablos Cantina!!! The menu is very extensive with lots of choices!!! Our server Anthony was very attentive!!! Our food was excellent!!! The portions were big, and we werent able to finish everything we ordered!!! We came back again because the food and service was so good! Our server was Marlene and she was top notch! for Cinco de Mayo!!! Best margaritas!!!

My wife had the tacos, and they were "ok". I had the Caesar salad. What a mistake. The first order arrived with the incorrect dressing. The re-make arrived after my wife was finished eating. Flavor was bland and the "steak?", what little there was, was cold and slightly gristley. At a place named Diablo's I was expecting far more from a $26 salad. However, the waitress and manager were attentive and very apologetic.

Sunday afternoon lunch at The Luxors Diablos Cantina. Started off with the nachos. Good sized portion NOT a FB casino fail. Plenty of queso and tomatoes with a health scoop of guacamole. Jalapeos were spicy but not overpoweringly hot. Chicken Tinga Enchiladas were nice as well. Never remember having pickled onions as a garnish but this was a nice touch. Washed it down with the House Margarita with Casamigos Tequila upgrade.
