A Dose of Glam

Really unfortunate experience. I originally booked in 2020. And they were the only vendor who wouldn't refund any of my deposit or even allow me to transfer it to other people who would be in Vegas. I than proceeded to try and rebook this year (2023) and the communication was terrible. One person gave me one price and another started responding and had no idea who I was and asked for another deposit!!!! On the same message . I had asked if there were extra fees and they said none. Than after I rebooked they said parking is a fee.... But that's not a fee they consider a fee... apparently? Then they told me pricing went up... When days before I confirmed the pricing. And started talking to me about hair when I was only booking makeup.... It was a horrible experience having to cancel our wedding over COVID like 1000s of other couples... And all my other vendors we're amazing working with us, giving us credits or flexibility. Hope this company reconsiders better communication and being more understanding and professional. These women were so amazing to work with. They both did my hair and makeup EXACTLY how I wanted. They did such a great job on my mom, mother in law and sister who was my maid of honor. My husband said he'd never seen me look so beautiful and I said, "Neither have I!" I felt like a celebrity. Thank you, ladies!!! Service: Bridal makeup

A friend recommend me to A Dose of Glam and it was an amazing experience, they did a perfect job, they are friendly and so easy to talk to. I definitely recommend them to everyone, the girls are on point and know what they are doing. Thanks Cyndi for my makeup i was so impressed!
