Tom was a great driver! He was super friendly, fun, and great to work with. He got us safely to the spots we wanted to go in a timely manner ! Will be using this company again in the future!

Updated from 1 to 3 stars for Frank. Frank reached out almost immediately to us to remedy this situation. He explained that we were correct in our understanding that tips are a courtesy not a requirement & the drivers should understand that as well. Frank was incredibly responsive, we would work with this company again on our next trip solely based on Franks willingness to make this situation right & how responsive & understanding he was. Thank you Frank! The vehicle was clean & on time, however the entire experience was ruined once our party was dropped back off at our hotel at the end of our wedding event. We were told before booking to tip each driver $50.00 in cash, the female driver was handed $50.00 cash at departure & she informed us that a $50.00 tip is insulting. A tip is not a requirement, it was a courtesy & to be told that $50.00 is insulting after being told at booking that was what to tip, is ridiculous, rude, & INSULTING. For the sake of not ruining the wedding evening, I did not confront the driver but this was incredibly insulting to us. Maybe its different here, but where we are from, we are grateful & thankful for any tips given, never insulted.
