Over charged under delivered, Mr. Stipp charged me over 60 thousand dollars. He did not want go to court and let the defense walk away with everything I worked for. He let this case drag out as long as possible till the well went dry then quickly dropped out. I do not want anyone else to loose there life's work hiring MR Mitchell Stipp.
