Our prices are on our website, and once you start your case, you also sign a retainer agreement with the pricing upfront. We also understand that people save their money to start their process, and we are sure to explain to our clients what the best scenario is and what the worst-case scenario is based on their case. We have nothing to hide, and we want your case to succeed. We have not charged you anything else from the scope of what we quoted you, as listed below. As your retainer agreement that you signed once you started your case says the following : Flat fee amounts contracted to Client by virtue of this agreement: $1,299 for Attorney Services for uncontested matter; $330 for court administrative filing costs; $275 for sealing of Annulment after granting of the Decree; $35 for one (1) Certified Decree for Plaintiff and $12 Priority Mailfee. PLEASE NOTE THAT a 3.5% international credit card fee will be added to payments. PROCESS SERVER FEES ARE ADDITIONAL. Also, when you started your case with us, our prices were provided to you as listed on the form that you submitted to us when you started your case. Joint Petition Annulment: the first payment is $499 (ONLY for valid reasons intoxication or already married). Second payment is $328 (filing fees and costs) (Marriage's for 1 year or less) Complaint and Answer: for ALL valid reasons EXCEPT intoxication/already married, the first payment is $499. Second payment is $542 (filing costs) One-signature Annulment: If only one party signs the annulment documents before filing, first payment is $1299.Second payment is $330 (filing costs) PROCESS SERVICE FEES WHEN DEFENDANT IS NOT SIGNING ANNULMENT DOCUMENTS BEFORE FILING:Current average cost for process service in the U.S. is $180 (when you know where Defendant lives and/or works and they do not try to avoid service) to as high as $550 (when Defendant is difficult to find and serve), and more for service outside the U.S. If the whereabouts of the Defendant are unknown, then a skip/trace search is done ($160 average) and then Publication ($160). If Defendant lives outside the U.S. process service is much higher than These service fees are charged to your credit card on file after we get billed for them by the process server and newspaper if these services are applicable to your case.
