CHANEL WATCHES & FINE JEWELRY - WYNN

I came in to purchase a mini trendy/chanel 19, and the SA was nice to show me some of the inventory, I ended up getting a mini and a small. After checking the purchase once home, I saw the small had discoloration/wear on the bottom right. The mini has severe scratches on the front Chanel hardware. Whats most audacious, was the person helping me with the return, asking why I did not check it when I was at the boutique, well! I didnt expect Chanel to sell damaged bags. Never coming to this boutique again.

The sales associate was great and very attentive, however the big security guard with black hair & mustache followed my cousin around and made some piercing eye contact. I refuse to spend money in an establishment that doesn't know how to treat their customers. In this day in age anyone can purchase these products and the Hired help should keep in mind that money is Green and that's what keeps them employed.
