Jimmie and Ashley are simply amazing. We had been using Paychex for years and eventually made the decision to switch to ManagedPay. It was a great decision and we also decided to change our 401k provider to Caldera Wealth. Unfortunately, Paychex was terrible to deal with and made the entire process way more difficult and more expensive than it needed to be. Caldera stepped in and helped tremendously with getting all of the paperwork organized, all of the forms filed, and communicating back and forth so that all parties knew what was going on. They kindly reminded us multiple times when they were waiting on us for the next step and were always a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!
