The office is located on N Durango off 95 and 215 in the shopping center. Lots of parking and handicap accessible. We made an appointment online which is the new norm. We got there a little early in case. Our associate Betty was ready for our 2:30 pm appt. She was great! Extremely friendly, patient, knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. She made us feel welcomed and relaxed. She detailed everything through the process, documents and requirements. There were no questions or concerns unanswered. We told her she will be our personal banker. She was delighted.

I went too get 19000,00 from the bank yesterday the 21 St of dec 2021 the all white staff the teller said TV at not one called then or sent any email telling them I was was coming too add too the funds in already had from another bank in witch drew 20,000 I was in the prossess of buying a car from a private party in cash . the other bank in cential hills mixed eases they were very friendly and had not problem me taken out 20 thousand dollars before that I had gotten 15 thousand doalls it seems every time I got too a bank in a rich know white staff I always run into problems closing of account or accounts

We have been using this bank for years, but since they close at noon on Saturdays instead of 2pm AND only one teller working inside and one at the drive thru, its HORRIBLE. Ive also come here on a Friday afternoon and the same thing. And they are no longer open until 6pm on Fridays.
