I referred my daughter and her husband to Centurylink for their Internet services. We found out that Centurylink recently installed fiber in their neighborhood and wow it screams. High speed, great bandwidth, no degradation any time of the day. I highly recommend their new fiber Internet service. I am told that you can get Internet speeds up to 1 gigabyte.

Started with Cox but their price for just internet was $39 more so I decided do you switch to century link. I chatted with a person and they told me that I could get my Internet installed on the 17th between 8 AM and 12. I stayed at home during that time when finally just after noon I called Century link to find out what was going on. They look and said that I hadn't requested for that day and that this person put in that my date was scheduled for the 19th. I had screenshots of our conversation stating that it was for the 17th and I typically asked him on the chat to clarify that it was going to be on the 17th. So I wasted my whole morning being at home. Meanwhile I had already called Cox and canceled my Internet. So no Internet at home as well as no century link Internet because they got the date wrong. I called Century link and after getting hung up on… Then I lost service for the second call ... send a third time I finally get A hold of someone and am on hold for about 35 minutes. Then the person comes on the phone to tell me that the system says the 19th is when I am scheduled for… Then proceeds to tell me that my timeframe is 8 AM to 5 PM. So now I have to stay for another FULL day with no Internet waiting for the Centry link people to hopefully come this time! This is ridiculous! Need an internet provider who I can count on with reasonable prices! You get what you pay for with Centurylink!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in all of my years! Technician was scheduled to connect services on 5 different occasions and never showed nor called to let us know. We cancelled services and I returned the modem myself after contacting customer service twice to get the shipping label mailed to my address. I have received a past due bill stating that the modem was not returned. I have been on the phone/computer now for 50 minutes trying to clear it up and finally have. I would avoid Century Link at all costs!!!! We called Cox and had service within 2 hours!

WORST Service horrible people.... Hitler would have loved this service
