I was fortunate to have met Milan, the owner of this company. My previous experience contacting AT&T/Direct TV for some billing questions had been less than satisfactory. Such was not the case yesterday dealing with Milan who not only patiently answered my questions but was able to clear up the billing issues. He is aces! Ive already recommended him and his office to a friend and will continue to do so to anyone who needs assistance with anything related. I also would like to compliment George and Tom. They were knowledgeable, patient, kind and thoughtful.

First found this spot while looking for a Centurylink router since mine died and I couldnt wait the estimated three days delivery. Milan went above and beyond to help us. Seriously. He was honest (I asked all sorts of dumb questions and he didnt roll his eyes once), dedicated, and through in his help. He made a seriously frustrating situation a total cakewalk. I cant recommend this place enough, honestly. His attention to detail and customer service are unmatched.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. The price they quote is never what youre billed. Customer service? It doesnt exist with this company. You get transferred, transferred, transferred again because no one can help. DO NOT sign up with these people! Not only is the billing screwed up, the service is lousy! SLOWWWWW speed and connectivity, outages, disruption during internet activities and TV, WiFi is non existent with this company! And they overcharge, again and again. Stay away from this company!

We were unable to get onto the internet on a Sunday so we called century link & our call was immediately answered by the representative, Milan. We had to reset the modem. Milan stayed on the call with us & walked us through all the steps to ensure everything was working. Milan was excellent, patient, friendly, courteous; very professional. Am so happy that he was able to help.
