Stay away from this company. When we cancelled there service they would not transfer over our number. There was a balance due (partly under dispute). We set up a payment plan but after making a couple payments he still would not transfer them over. he said he didn't know how to so he's either corrupt or incompetent but probably both.

The gentleman that came and did my install was very nice. And when I called to have my internet hooked up Kelly the girl that I spoke to was very sweet also.
