Terrible service! The saleswomen did not give me all of my equipment on purpose. I recently purchased a home that comes with the Cox bulk service where the community provides Contour tv, 2 hd boxes, 1 mini box, and the wifi modem. I was instructed to call Cox and set up my account. I called and was instructed to pick my equipment up from a cox store. I went to this Cox location and was only given the modem and the mini box. I told the lady that my package comes with 2 HD boxes and she told me I had to call and have them sent. What sense does that even make when the mini box does not even work without the HD box? (She knew that) The saleswoman did that to be funny and make my experience difficult for no reason. I showed her the flyer that my community sent me that listed everything that comes with my package. She said I needed to call and have them sent to my home when I had already called and they told me to pick up the equipment. I called them back and now I have to wait another 3-5 business days to have the boxes sent to me when she could have easily given them to me while I was there. This location is ratchet and has terrible customer service. Avoid this location if possible.
